How you arrive here

Readiness follows the alignment decision.

The website explains the program, but your Relationship Advisor provides the direct program link only after the full ownership context has been discussed.

01

Ownership Assessment

The public starting point your Relationship Advisor reviews.

02

Alignment Review

The private second assessment sent directly by your Relationship Advisor.

03

Alignment Session

A human conversation with your Relationship Advisor. If you move forward, the Capital Diagnostic happens inside this same session.

Program purpose

Strengthen the position before moving forward.

Capital Readiness helps you understand the credit factors that may need attention, organize your next actions, and prepare to return to Legacy Navigator when your position changes.

Understand the starting point

Review the credit context and the issues that may be affecting readiness.

Prioritize the work

Focus attention on the factors that deserve action before another financing conversation.

Return with context

When the readiness work is complete or the position changes, Legacy Navigator picks the ownership conversation back up.

What Readiness First means

A responsible pause, not a rejection.

Readiness First means the credit side deserves attention before moving into Capital Access or Opportunity Selection. It is not a judgment of the person and it does not erase the alignment work already completed.

  • You do not repeat the Ownership Assessment
  • You do not repeat the Alignment Review
  • You return to the same Relationship Advisor
  • The process resumes from the documented decision point

Clear expectations

What the program does not promise.

No guaranteed score

Credit outcomes depend on the individual profile, reporting, timing, and actions taken.

No guaranteed approval

Completing readiness work does not guarantee financing, rates, terms, or acceptance by a business or brand.

No opportunity pressure

The ownership process does not advance simply to create urgency. Fit and responsible timing remain the standard.

Capital Readiness provides education and specialist support within the Legacy Navigator process. It does not provide lending, legal, tax, investment, or credit outcome guarantees.

Questions

Capital Readiness FAQ

Can I enroll directly from this page?

The public page explains the program. Your Relationship Advisor sends the private program link when the conversation identifies Capital Readiness as the appropriate route.

Does Readiness First mean ownership is not a fit?

No. Alignment and capital routing are separate decisions. Readiness First means the credit side should be strengthened before the next capital or opportunity step.

Will I need to complete the assessments again?

No. Your assessment and session context remain with Legacy Navigator. When you return, the process continues from where it paused.

Who guides me after the specialist work?

Legacy Navigator remains your ownership advisor. Your Relationship Advisor continues as your point of contact and guides the return to Capital Access or Opportunity Selection when appropriate.

New to Legacy Navigator

Begin with ownership, not credit.

Start with the Ownership Assessment. Your Relationship Advisor sends the private Alignment Review next, and Capital Readiness is introduced later only when the full decision context supports that route.
