Legacy Navigator Capital Network

Capital follows alignment.

The Capital Network is not where the Legacy Navigator journey begins. It is the next lane only after the ownership fit is clear and the financial picture has been discussed with your Relationship Advisor.

No third assessment. No public partner selection. No opportunity before alignment.

Two assessments before the sessionCapital Diagnostic happens inside the sessionLegacy Navigator remains your advisor

Before capital enters the conversation

Two assessments prepare one thoughtful session.

Each step answers a different question. The process is sequential, so a financing conversation never becomes the reason to pursue ownership.

01

Ownership Assessment

Does ownership fit your life and current position? This creates the broad picture your Relationship Advisor reviews before sending the next step.

Alignment Session

Do your answers hold together in a real conversation? Your Relationship Advisor listens, clarifies, and helps you agree on the honest next step.

Human conversation

Only after Move Forward

The Capital Diagnostic stays inside the same session.

If the Alignment Session supports moving forward, your Relationship Advisor spends about ten minutes confirming the financial picture already provided. They ask only what is missing or unclear, then identify the appropriate capital path.

  • It is not a third assessment or another public form
  • It is not a loan application or credit pull
  • It does not promise approval, rates, terms, or funding
  • It happens after the alignment conversation is complete

What happens next

One clear direction.

Your Relationship Advisor explains the next step based on the full conversation. Any specialist or lender makes their own decision within their area.

Capital Access

If no clear readiness issue needs attention first, your advisor introduces the specialist capital conversation.

Capital Readiness

If the credit side should be strengthened first, your advisor explains the readiness route and how to return.

Pause or Review

If the timing is not right or more review is needed, your advisor explains what happens next without pressure.

What happens next

You never start over.

Your Relationship Advisor sends a short recap, explains the route, and provides the appropriate private link. The specialist handles the capital conversation, and Legacy Navigator remains your ownership advisor.

When the readiness or access work is complete, the conversation returns to Legacy Navigator for Opportunity Selection. Specific businesses are considered through the lens of your role, household, goals, time, and capital lane.

Clear boundaries

What the Capital Diagnostic does not do.

No credit pull

Legacy Navigator confirms the range and context you provided. Sensitive financial documents are not collected during the session.

No lending advice

Your Relationship Advisor identifies the next lane. Specialist questions remain with the appropriate qualified professional.

No approval promise

Access Ready is a routing decision, not a lender approval or guaranteed capital amount.

Questions

Capital Network FAQ

How do I receive the Alignment Review?

After you complete the Ownership Assessment, your Relationship Advisor reviews your responses and sends the private Alignment Review link directly to you. You do not need to find or request a separate public form.

Can I choose Capital Readiness or Capital Access myself?

The public pages explain each program, but the direct route comes from the Capital Diagnostic so the specialist conversation follows the full ownership context.

Does Access Ready mean I qualify for financing?

No. Access Ready means Legacy Navigator does not see an obvious readiness issue that should be solved first. A specialist capital partner and any lender make their own determinations.

When do we discuss specific businesses?

Opportunity Selection begins after alignment and the capital lane are clear. This keeps the opportunity from driving the decision prematurely.
